Seven blades. One set. Sized for the bench.

Watch cases and movements don't reward improvisation. This set is dimensioned around the screws you actually meet on a bench: 0.80 to 2.00 mm in seven steps, with replaceable blades so a chipped tip doesn't retire a driver.

Why a second tool, and why this one.

Flatheads first

Watch case backs, movement bridges, and the vast majority of modding hardware still spec flatheads. Getting one flathead set right earns its place on the bench before we branch into Phillips or Torx.

Replaceable blades

A rolled or chipped tip is a normal part of using the tool. Blades unscrew and swap out, so a single knock doesn't end a driver's life — and the seven spares in the set cover typical bench wear for years.

The seven sizes that matter

0.80 mm handles most movement screws. 1.00 to 1.60 mm covers case-back and bracelet hardware. 1.80 and 2.00 mm reach into strap and buckle work. That's the range; no ceremonial extras.

Hardened tool steel

The blades are hardened tool steel so they hold an edge under real bench torque. The trade-off is that a badly-abused tip will chip rather than fold — which is exactly why the blades are replaceable.

The mat took most of a year to get right. The screwdriver set is deliberately following the same pace: no rush, no compromises on the steel or the tolerances.
